02 — The studio

Strawberry colour study, crimson over forest green
Pear colour study, bronze gold over earth brown

Each bottle begins as a painting. We mix the colour of the fruit first — peach over petrol, bronze over earth, crimson over forest — and the finished study becomes the label.

Three works today, with more in development as the studio grows. Every bottle is 750 ml, non-alcoholic and ready to pour.

The rituals — 04

01 / 04The rituals

Thin rim, wide bowl. The aromatics are the brushwork; give them room. A tumbler will do, a tasting glass is better, a plastic cup does the drink no favours.

02 / 04The rituals

6°C, straight from the coldest shelf. Colder flattens the fruit into sugar, warmer loosens the acidity and the finish turns soft. Twenty minutes out of the fridge is already too long.

03 / 04The rituals

One clear cube, or none at all. Never crushed — it dilutes fast and smudges the painting. If the bottle is properly cold, skip the ice entirely.

04 / 04The rituals

One element only, and it has to earn its place: a slapped herb, a single leaf floated on top, a crack of pepper. Anything decorative gets in the way of the nose.
